Track Preparation and Machinery
At Bacchus Marsh Motocross Club we are proud
to show off all the machinery we have available to us to prepare and
maintain our track. This is why for our race days, our track is one
of the best prepared in Victoria.
We have unlimited supply to a huge amount of
non drinkable water nearby the track, which is pumped into a smaller
dam closer to the circuit. It is then pumped into a piping system
that has points covering the entire track so that every single
corner, strait and jump can be watered for a race day.
The track also owns two tractors, a watering
truck and a four wheel buggy for getting around the circuit. With
all this, in conjunction with Dean Closter and his crew putting in a
awesome effort every club day weekend to prepare the track, Bacchus
Marsh Motocross Club is one of the best places to race, if you are a
beginner or a pro. Our last club day drew 118 members.

Club flag, though looking like it has been though a war, still
flighing high. Quite Ironic Really?
